Spotted this place from the rooftop of the National Pantheon and knew I had to try it — best decision! Basbousa Café serves authentic Egyptian & Tunisian food, and the owners deserve huge credit: warm, hardworking, and genuinely friendly. Tried Hawawshi for the first time — spiced minced meat in crispy bread — absolutely delicious! 10/10, highly recommend.
