Infelizmente, a minha experiência no Don Giovanni foi marcada por um atendimento decepcionante, que estragou o que poderia ter sido uma agradável refeição. O pior momento foi ouvir uma funcionária a falar mal de um colega – algo completamente **inapropriado** e constrangedor, num ambiente profissional. O mais irónico? Esse colega (que ela criticava) era justamente um simpático e atencioso, sempre a sorrir e a tentar tornar a experiência dos clientes mais agradável. Torço para que dê tudo certo na vida dele, porque é essa energia que um restaurante precisa. Dica: se querem evitar stress, digam logo à entrada: “Quero ser atendida pelo Benni, por favor” 😉
