Середина серпня 2025 р. Місцевість чудова, ідея чудова, але... занепад наберає обертів попри зусилля власника. За приватні кошти такий об'єкт майже у центрі міста самотуж не утримати. Місцевій владі до нього по цимбалах, у них є Пірогово. Але з таким відношенням місцевої влади до подібних приваблинок для людей Київ вже давно програв прифронтовому Харкову... Сумно.
