Dolmabahçe Sarayı'nın hemen girişinde yer aliyor. 19 yüzyıl sonlarında neobarok tarzda inşa edilmiş dört katlı saat kulesi olarak Dolmabahçe sarayına girerken sizi karşılıyor. Önünde durup fotoğraf çekilerek anınızı oluşturabilirsiniz.
