Ich war in den letzten Wochen mehrfach bei Tolgis Imbiss und habe mir immer denselben Chicken Bosna bestellt – nur mit Chicken und Käsesauce. Bisher war ich damit sehr zufrieden: Die Bestellung wurde korrekt ausgeführt und das Essen war durchweg gut. Leider war das bei meinem letzten Besuch nicht der Fall. Obwohl ich wie immer explizit nur Chicken und Käsesauce bestellt habe, wurde mir ein Chicken Bosna mit zusätzlichen Zutaten wie Zwiebeln und Salat serviert. Das entspricht weder meiner Bestellung noch meinen Vorlieben. Solche Fehler sind ärgerlich, gerade wenn man als Stammkunde bewusst immer dasselbe bestellt. Ich hoffe, dass künftig wieder genauer auf die Bestellungen geachtet wird!
