Ich bin demnächst in Innsbruck und will gut italienisch essen gehen. Die Rezensionen sind sehr nützlich bei der Wahl des richtigen Lokals. Nun habe ich einige Kommentare gesehen, die kritisch waren. Vor allem ein bärtiger Kellner soll der Anstoß zum Ärger sein. Ich finde ja gut, dass die Osteria auf die Kritik antwortet. Aber zu schreiben, man würde es intern besprechen, aber der bärtige Kellner darf immer noch Gäste verärgern, ist inkonsequent. Ich suche mir lieber einen anderen Italiener, sorry ...
