Wir waren zum Abendessen im Stiegl-Bräu-Restaurant Innsbruck und hatten gemischte Eindrücke. Das Essen war wirklich gut – geschmacklich top und schön angerichtet (siehe Foto). Besonders die Knödelvariationen und das regionale Flair auf dem Teller haben überzeugt. Leider war der Service alles andere als freundlich. Man fühlte sich als Gast nicht willkommen. Zudem war die Hälfte der Bierkarte schlichtweg nicht verfügbar – was bei einem Brauhaus enttäuschend ist. Zu allem Überfluss wurde uns Flaschenbier serviert, das bereits abgelaufen war. Auch das Ambiente im Innenhof konnte uns nicht überzeugen – eher trist mit einem Hauch von Großstadt-Hinterhof, wenig gemütlich und nicht das, was man sich unter einem typischen Brauhaus-Flair vorstellt. Gerade bei einem Brauhaus von Stiegl erwartet man mehr – mehr Professionalität, mehr Gastfreundschaft und mehr Qualität auf allen Ebenen.

Aufgrund eines Brandes in der Nacht vom 01 .auf den 02.06.2025 ist das Stiegl-Bräu in der Wilhelm-Greil-Straße in Innsbruck geschlossen. Mit einer baldigen Neueröffnung dürfte nicht zu rechnen sein.
