Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, preislich auch ok. Tolle Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Was jedoch abscheulich ist, ist für eine Flasche (0,75L) stilles Wasser 6€ zu verlangen. Was zum f ist falsch mit euch? Ambiente deshalb 3 Sterne, einfach weil in IBK in der Altstadt vor der Tür zu sitzen, während hunderte von Touristengruppen vorbei kommen einfach nicht so nice ist.

Hier stimmt einfach alles, das hervorragende Essen, der Service ausgezeichnet so wie das Ambiente einfach top! Bereits mein Sohn erzählte mir vom Gaumenschmaus als er vor einem Jahr auf Exkursion in Insbruck war und nun hatte ich auch das vergnügen. Die Qualität der Speisen sind hervorragend und werden kreativ zubereitet.man spührt das Herzblut des Küchenchefs. Ich muss sagen dass sich die Liebevolle und Herzliche Atmosphäre im gesammten also vom Empfang bis zur Bedienung spührbar ist. Wir waren nur Essen und so sehr verwöhnt ich kann mir vorstellen wie schön es die Hotelgäste haben.....professionell Meine 2 Söhne und ich kommen beim nächsten Trip in Insbruck auf jeden fall wieder wir bringen auch unsere Freunde mit.
