Waren zuerst auf der Terrasse unter der Pergola, das war sehr schön. Leider hat es zu regnen begonnen und wir mussten hinein. Das Essen war sehr gut, aber da sie frisch kochen, muss manmit Wartezeiten rechnen, die Bedienung sehr freundlich, nur der Tisch hat geklebt, das war unangenehm.

Wir waren auf einer Durchreise zu viert im Blum und waren sehr angetan. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Speisen haben alle Erwartungen, die wir durch die Beschreibungen im Netz gewonnenen hatten, mehr als übertroffen. Hervorragender Fenchel, Kohlrabi und der geschmorte Sellerie ein Gedicht.
