Das Ambiente in der Paninothek ist wirklich stimmig – liebevoll gestaltet, mit italienischem Flair und angenehmer Musik, die das Gefühl eines kleinen Kurzurlaubs in Bella Italia vermittelt. Auch der Service war aufmerksam und bemüht, freundlich und präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Leider konnten die hausgemachten Nudeln beim letzten Besuch nicht ganz überzeugen: Sie waren deutlich zu hart gekocht – nicht im Sinne von „al dente“, sondern schlicht nicht fertig gegart. Das war schade, da man ansonsten merkt, dass hier mit Liebe und Qualität gearbeitet wird. Mit kleinen Verbesserungen in der Küche könnte die Paninothek ihr ohnehin schon gutes Gesamtbild noch abrunden.
