Nice and friendly vegan cafe

Alles was es gibt ist komplett vegan, das scheinen einige nicht zu merken bis sie da sind. Wir waren spontan zum Montag Morgen zum Frühstücken dort, Wochen Tisch gab es nicht für uns, obwohl erst zwei und später fünf Stück frei waren, angeblich alle reserviert. Wir durften am Fenster sitzen, ohne Tisch, mit Tablett seitlich von uns. Ein kleiner Tisch hätte da locker hin gepasst und man verrenkt sich nicht beim Essen. Das Fenster ist scheinbar nicht dicht, wenn jemand draußen raucht zieht das rein. Das Personal schien überfordert mit dem halb leeren Cafe, der Kaffee hat ganz schön auf sich warten lassen. Es gibt für diesen nur Hafer- und Reis-(Kokos?)Milch, nicht noch Soja, Erbse, Mandel, Cashew oder ähnliches die nochmal einen deutlich anderen Geschmack haben. Mein Caramel Latte mit Reismilch kam jedenfalls ohne Schaum, war dünn und überhaupt nicht mein Fall. Zum Essen hatten wir den Burrito, der gut war, und das ebebfalls gute English Breakfast, bei dem nur der "Bacon" teils extrem salzig war. Die beiden Soßen zum Burrito, Mango und Erbsenguacamole, waren für mich viel zu sauer. Wer das mag wird glücklich sein, ich finde Guacamole sollte nicht nur nach Zitrone schmecken. Die Portionsgröße war wohl für den eher kleinen Hunger gedacht. Alles in allem brauche ich das nicht nochmal, für Veganer ist es aber nett nicht überlegen zu müssen was man bestellen kann.

Das beste Café in dem ich in Innsbruck war. Abseits der Touristenströme und mit netten Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Super freundliches Service Team und sehr gutes Essen!
