Ich war wirklich enttäuscht von meinem letzten Besuch. Eine jüngere Mitarbeiterin, ich glaube sie hieß Denise – sie hatte zwei braune Zöpfe –, war extrem unfreundlich. Beim Bezahlen wurden wir in einem Tonfall angesprochen, der absolut unangemessen war. Kein bisschen Kundenfreundlichkeit, sondern eher patzig und unhöflich. Das Ganze gipfelte dann darin, dass sie unser bestelltes Essen einfach weggeschmissen hat. Ein solches Verhalten ist im Kundenservice wirklich nicht tragbar. Zum Glück war eine andere, schon etwas ältere Mitarbeiterin vor Ort, die sich sehr bemüht hat, die Situation zu entschärfen. Sie war ausgesprochen freundlich, verständnisvoll und hat uns sogar ein Getränk auf Kosten des Hauses gegeben – als Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön an sie! Solche Unterschiede im Umgang mit Kunden sind schwer nachzuvollziehen. Ich hoffe, dass diese Rückmeldung ernst genommen wird – denn respektvoller Umgang sollte selbstverständlich sein.

Essen in gewohnt guter BK Qualität, Lokal ist auch ganz gemütlich um dort zu essen. Ausgerufene Nummern jedoch kaum verständlich und oft fehlen die zusätzlich bezahlten Extras bei den Burgern.
