Unglaublich leckeres Sushi! Es war wunderschön angerichtet und geschmacklich einfach Top! Es gab auch eine Vorspeise auf Kosten des Hauses. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich - begrüßte uns mit Handschlag und hatte stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Wir können es nur empfehlen!!

Watten und Sushi - eine tolle Vater-Sohn-Aktivität! Für uns ist das Bonsai eines der besten Sushi-Restaurants in Innsbruck. Im Sommer fein zum draußen sitzen am Franziskanerplatz. Unser Favorit aus der umfangreichen Karte: Crispy Butter Fish Roll sowie Sake Kaviar Roll. Die Preise sind gehoben, insb. für Getränke, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt aus unserer Sicht. Empfehlung. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
