Landestheater Innsbruck se remarcă printr-o arhitectură monumentală de inspirație neoclasică, cu o fațadă sobră și elegantă. Clădirea impresionează prin pronaosul cu patru coloane corintice care susțin un fronton masiv, conferindu-i un aer solemn și impunător. Realizată din piatră deschisă la culoare, construcția se integrează armonios în peisajul istoric al orașului, fiind situată în apropierea Hofburgului și a grădinilor imperiale. Zona din fața teatrului a fost modernizată, oferind un spațiu pietonal prietenos și atractiv pentru vizitatori.
