Heute karli und marie im saal 4 angeschaut . Der Film war recht unterhalsam auch wenn es kein Blockbuster Titel war. Der Saal angenehm mit viel Beinfreiheit. Sehr verärgert hat mich jedoch die Dame an der Kasse als ich sie fragte ob es einen Rabatt für die Tickets gibt da ich Raiffeisenkunde bin... Sie antworte mir dass sie die Tickets schon ausgedruckt hat und ich es ihr früher sagen hätte müssen obwohl ich noch nicht einmal bezahlt habe. Ich könnte es dann beim nächsten mal in Anspruch nehmen... Sowas find ich einen extrem schlechten Service da es für mich so scheint als wäre sie einfach zu faul gewesen das zu ändern. Ich hoffe mit dieser Rezession auf eine Besserung der Kundenbetreuung. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne.
