Sehr geehrtes Team, ich bin eigentlich ein zufriedener Stammkunde bei euch und kaufe regelmäßig bei euch ein. Heute, am 03.08.2025 gegen 19:15 Uhr, habe ich drei Croques gekauft – leider war in einem davon ein langes Haar. Das ist wirklich unangenehm und darf nicht passieren. Ich möchte euch deshalb freundlich, aber nachdrücklich bitten, darauf zu achten, dass alle Mitarbeitenden eine Kopfbedeckung (z. B. Cap oder Haarnetz) tragen – besonders, wenn mit Lebensmitteln gearbeitet wird. Das gehört zur grundlegenden Hygiene. Vielen Dank für euer Verständnis und hoffentlich mehr Sorgfalt in Zukunft
