Eigentlich hatte ich die Hoffnung schon fast aufgegeben, in Hamburg authentische vietnamesische Küche zu finden. Viele vietnamesische Läden sind leider sehr auf Profit ausgerichtet und haben kaum noch Seele. Doch dann kam dieser unscheinbare, liebevoll geführte Laden – und er hat meine Erwartungen komplett übertroffen. Eine Frau, die mit unglaublich viel Herz und Seele kocht. Vielen, vielen Dank für das wundervolle Essen!
