Für mich aktuell das beste Sushi in Bergedorf. Ich habe zum Abholen bestellt, das spart 30%. Der Service war super freundlich, der Laden sieht gemütlich und sehr sauber und einladend aus. Meine ursprüngliche Bewertung von vor Jahren muss ich daher direkt nach oben hin anpassen. Bitte macht weiter so.

Also an sich bin ich ein großer Fan. Das Essen ist immer TOP ! ABER wir haben heute zum abholen bestellt, da hieß es wäre in 45 min fertig. Dann waren wir da und wurden immer wieder um 10 min vertröstet. Zwischendurch hieß es der Zettel wurde verlegt und die Bestellung liegt da irgendwo rum. Im Endeffekt mussten sie es nochmal komplett neu machen und wir haben vor Ort nochmal 45 min gewartet (also das doppelte der Zeit). Ich hätte mich gefreut wenn man uns wenigstens ne Cola oder nen Wasser angeboten hätte als Entschuldigung. Das ist für mich leider kein guter Service Echt schade weil ich bisher immer zufrieden war.
