Gerade wieder einen sehr schönen Sommerabend im Außenbereich genossen. Gute Fleischqualität, leckere Beilagen, sehr gute Küchenleistung auf den Punkt, schöne Weinauswahl und hinterher tolle Cocktails. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service. Insbesondere Markus gibt in seiner einmaligen Art alles, damit man sich so richtig wohl fühlt.

We had dinner at Speisewirtschaft von Metzgers recently, and overall, it was a fairly average experience. The interior is nicely decorated with a warm charm that makes it feel welcoming. It was quite noisy. The staff was polite and attentive, though the service was a bit on the slow side, especially between courses. I ordered a filet steak, which was cooked to the requested medium-rare and it had the depth of flavor I was hoping for. It was tender, but the seasoning was quite subtle. The side dishes, like the grilled vegetables and fries, were decent but not particularly memorable. The wine list had some good options, though a bit pricey for what was offered. Unfortunately, the starter beet-tartar was offered with Burrata but served with feta cheese without any Information from the staff. The tartar was ok. In summary, Speisewirtschaft von Metzgers is a decent choice if you're in the area and craving steak, but it might not leave a lasting impression. Worth a visit, but not necessarily a must-visit.
