De inrichting van dit restaurant is heel gaaf omdat het een thema heeft. Het lijkt wel alsof je op een oud piratenschip zit, echt heel gaaf gedaan! Veel leuker dan een gewoon ingericht restaurant. Ondanks dat het druk kan zijn, heb je geen last van lawaai van anderen, omdat ze op heel veel strategische plekken transparante platen hebben geplaatst. Dat zouden meer restaurants moeten doen. Het personeel is erg aardig, maar vaak niet alert. Daardoor duurt het soms lang wanneer je geholpen wordt. Het water wat we kregen was lauw en niet koud. De salade, bij het eten, was ook lauw. De frietjes waren heerlijk, maar hetgeen waarvoor we gekomen waren, de wienerschnitzel, was taai. Terwijl je hier wel bijna 28 euro voor betaalt. De crème brulee was wel lekker. Al met al was ik een beetje teleurgesteld en zal ik hier niet snel meer terugkeren.

Die Schifferbörse liegt direkt am HBF und von außen eher unscheinbar. Im inneren wird man vom altertümlichen Ambiente und Antiquitäten überrascht. Hervorragender Service und das Essen ist ein regelrechter Gaumenschmaus. Jedem zu empfehlen der auf gute nordische Küche steht!
