Gestern waren wir zu viert im Rahmen des "Schlemmersommers" hier zum Essen. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, schöne Sitzplätze. Das dreigängige Menü war hervorragend (mit kleinen Abstrichen beim Dessert). Der Gruß aus der Küche und die geeiste Tomaten-Essenz waren außergewöhnlich und ein köstliches Erlebnis. Kalb bzw. Lachsforelle waren perfekt gegart und die Beilagen ein Genuss für Gaumen und Auge. Die empfohlene Weinbegleitung haben wir ebenfalls genossen. Nach dem Hauptgang schwächelte der Service leider deutlich. Der passende Wein kam erst nach dem Dessert; nach Kaffee- oder Digestiv wurde gar nicht gefragt. Das trübte den Gesamteindruck, schade. Ein Teil der Gäste war unpassend gekleidet; für's Ambiente kein Pluspunkt. Dennoch für das Menü eine ganz klare Empfehlung.
