Ich habe eine Pizza Capricciosa zum Mitnehmen bestellt mit "Original Crust" - also dem amerikanischen Boden, der etwas fluffiger ist als der italienische Boden. Man kann direkt bei der Zubereitung zuschauen, was schon recht eindrucksvoll ist, wie der Pizzateig geformt wird. Geschmacklich war die Pizza sehr gelungen: üppig belegt, reichlich Käse, und insgesamt schön saftig. Leider fehlten die für eine Capricciosa typischen Artischockenherzen – und auch als Extra-Zutat lassen sie sich nicht dazu bestellen. Das ist schade und schmälert das Erlebnis ein wenig.
