Ambiente: 2 Sterne, ziemlich dunkel für einen sehr sonnigen Tag. Aber dafür ein sehr ruhiges Ambiente. Design nicht zeitgemäß. Essen/Speiseauswahl: 3 Sterne(für mich definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel) Qualität gut aber keine große Essensauswahl. Service 4 Sterne(1 Punkt Abzug, bezugnehmend auf Babys sehr zurückhaltend) Der Preis ist hier nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gibt in Hamburg weit bessere Hotels mit Ausblick zu den gleichen Konditionen. Das Hotel ist leider nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Ein schönes Hotel-Frühstücksrestaurant mit tollem Buffet zum fairen Preis. Wir waren heute als Nicht-Hotelgäste hier frühstücken. Für 32€ pro Nase gabs ein tolles Buffet mit Heiß- und Kaltgetränken inklusive. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Herr Lenz, der Restaurantmanager, fragte zwischendurch am Platz nach unserem Befinden - und das war ausgezeichnet! Danke!
