Dieses Jahr hat das Le Canard eine neue Führung. Die Amuse-Gueule als Auftakt waren hervorragend. Die Joguhrt Chili Butter sehr erfrischend. Der Pulpo hatte eine schöne große Portion und sehr guten Geschmack, nur der Fenchel war zu stark. Der Steinbutt hat gut geschmeckt aber die Portion war nicht größer als die Vorspeise. Die Birne hätte etwas reifer sein können. Die Aussieht wie immer grandios und der Service sehr nett aber kam später mit den vielen Gästen doch zu sehr in Stress.
