Im IL Locale möchte man vieles anders machen. So will man beweisen dass ein guter offener Wein, nicht die Welt kosten muss. Den Pizzateig selber macht und mindestens 24 Stunden ziehen lässt, besser 48. Das rustikales Ambiente auch seine Gemütlichkeit hat aber auch die moderne nicht zu kurz kommen muss. Das die Küche mehr als Pasta und Pizza kann, sondern mit guten Gerichten, genauso punkten kann.
