Lieblingscafé mit Herz und Seele! Das Café Funk-Eck an der Rothenbaumchaussee ist einfach ein echter Geheimtipp. Schon beim Reinkommen spürt man: Hier steckt ganz viel Liebe drin! Die Inhaberin ist nicht nur unglaublich sympathisch, sondern lebt und liebt ihren Laden! Das liebevoll erhaltene Interieur versprüht den Charme vergangener Zeiten und weckt bei mir Erinnerungen an traditionelle Wiener Kaffeehäuser – ein Ort, an dem man gerne verweilt, eine Zeitung liest und die Hektik draußen lässt. Die Apfeltarte? Einfach lecker! Der Cappuccino dazu? Cremig und aromatisch! Wer also dem Alltagsstress mal kurz entfliehen will und dabei Qualität und Herzlichkeit schätzt, sollte hier unbedingt vorbeischauen und einen Moment verweilen. Ich werde wiederkommen!

Das Ambiente ist 100% authentisch wie in den 70ern. Das Publikum war heute auch dazu passend eher älter. Dennoch kann ich das Frühstück und auch die warmen Mahlzeiten empfehlen. Auch hier passend Hamburger Klassiker wie Matjes und Labskaus.
