Das Café vom foodlab hat mich ganz doll begeistert und ist nur zu empfehlen. Das gesamte Konzept ist super interessant! Alle Produkte werden frisch vor Ort zubereitet oder stammen aus dem zugehörigen Lab, wo immer wieder neue Kreationen entstehen. Ganz besonders die Zimtknoten sind der Wahnsinn!! Ebenso die Zubereitung und der Geschmack des Kaffees: und der Blick auf die Elbe, macht alles nur noch schöner, egal bei welchem Wetter. Zudem wird großer Wert auf Saisonalität und Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Auch der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für mich ein Ort, an dem Genuss und Innovation zusammenkommen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich… und bei leckerem Kaffee und Zimtknoten lässt sich noch mehr über das Konzept erfahren.

Bestes Café, um meine Mittagspause zu genießen!! Gehe hier sehr gerne hin, um nach getaner Arbeit im Coworking Space meinen Kaffee mit wunderschöner Aussicht zu genießen. Mit den besten Zimtknoten der Stadt und nem leckeren Cappuccino in der Hand, habe ich hier auf der Sonnenterrasse schon öfter verweilt. Freue mich auch jedes Mal wieder über die gute Laune, welche die Mitarbeiter dort verbreiten. Man schmeckt, dass der Laden mit Hingabe geführt wird, hab mich schon durch die Karte gefuttert! ;) (falls relevant: gibt auch eine vegane und Gluten freie Auswahl)

Wir suchten eine stylische Alternative zum Hotelfrühstück und waren Mega zufrieden. Sehr leckerer Kaffee und sensationelle Stullen und Zitschnecken. Alles frisch. . Und das in heller, moderner Atmosphäre mit bestem Hafenblick in der Hafencity. Beim nächsten HH- Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder.
