Ich muss sagen: Dies ist der Laden, in dem ich meinen ersten Döner gegessen habe. Was ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht wusste, war, dass es gleichzeitig der beste Döner sein würde, den ich je gegessen habe – und ich habe viele probiert. Die meisten sind ganz normal und nichts Besonderes. Aber dieser Döner hat mir gezeigt, dass hinter einem unscheinbaren Ambiente oft mehr steckt. Das Salat-Fleisch-Verhältnis ist perfekt, das Fleisch ist würzig – aber nicht zu würzig – und die Soßen sind einfach stimmig. Man kann den Döner sogar ohne Soße essen, so gut ist er. Es passt einfach alles. Ich bedanke mich bei den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern, die meine Kindheit und Jugend begleitet und mir mit einem leckeren Döner so oft den Tag versüßt haben
