Ich kaufe recht regelmäßig im Dat Backhus, da es dort mein Lieblings-Brot gibt (das Fiticus-Brot). Der Laden ist klein, aber fein. Leider hat nach der Übernahme durch die neue Leitung die Qualität der Backwaren sehr nachgelassen, was ich sehr bedaure. Der Laden liegt am Ende des Saseler Markts und ist gut erreichbar.

Waren zu einem spontanen Zwischenstop werktags gegen Mittag da. Espresso und die süßen Backwaren waren gut, Filiale und WC sehr sauber und die junge Kollegin hinter der Theke sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich als Gast dort wohl und gut aufgehoben.
