wir haben uns für das 5 Gänge Überraschungsmenü entschieden, was sich total gelohnt hat! Preis Leistung ist hier top und die Portionen sowie der Geschmack sind super. Der Service war ebenfalls richtig gut, wir sind begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Ganz ehrlich-das hätten wir hier nicht erwartet und sind sehr positiv überrascht. Was hier aus der kleinen Küche kommt,ist aller Ehren wert und kann sich schmecken lassen. Die frischen Wildaustern mit Biss und Geschmack, das Tartare, gut gekühlt zeigt eine perfekte Fleischqualität und die seperate gereichte Sauce ist oberlecker😋 Überhaupt rufen ALLE Saucen nach einem separaten Löffel… Der SousVide gegarte Pulpo mit einer Joghurtsauce, die Artischocke mit einer gehaltvollen Aioli und auch der Lachs mit einer kräftigen Beurre Blanc zeigen das die Jungs in der Küche ihr Handwerk verstehen. Die Mädels im Service stehen der Küchenleistung in nichts nach - Freundlich und unaufdringlich aber immer präsent. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir uns der Spezialität des Hauses, den Wildgerichten ( vom eigenen Wildhandel u. a. auf dem Isemarkt)und auch den hausgemachten Pralinen aus der direkten Nachbarschaft widmen. Ein Tip am Rande - die Jahrgänge bei der kleinen Weinkarte wären für den Gast hilfreich…
