Ein sehr geräumiges, eindrucksvolles, liebevoll eingerichtetes, modernes Zimmer mit Aircondition und kleinem Balkon mit Blick in den begrünten Innenhof nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Freundlicher Empfang mit gekühltem Mineralwasser, Kaffee(maschine), Tee und der Möglichkeit, sich frischen Orangensaft zu pressen. Und das Versprechen auf ein kleines Frühstück mit frischen Croissants. Wow!

Eher eine Pension als Hotel - 1 Nacht o.k. Gute und zentrale Lage in Hamburg. Zimmer # 1 sehr ruhig mit hoher Decke und zum Innenhof gelegen. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Eingang nicht sehr einladend. Zimmer und Bad könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen! Wände streichen, Fugen im Bad/Dusche erneuern, zusätzliche Beleuchtung im Zimmer (viel zu dunkel)! Rollos lassen sich nicht richtig hochziehen. Einrichtung primitiv. Kleiderschrank aus Metall ohne Türen, billige Kleiderbügel, Staub in und auf dem Schrank. Gründliche Reinigung von Zimmer und Bad absolut empfohlen. Neue Kaffeemaschine, z.B. Nespresso. Kleines Frühstück zwar kostenlos, aber dann lieber woanders... Keine zentrale Schliessanlage - 3 Schlüssel. Fazit: Für eine Nacht o.k., wir werden allerdings nicht wieder kommen.
