Ja ist im Moment für mich der beste Italiener in der Gegend. Sehr frische Ware , guter Geschmack und toller Service.

Vorspeise, Hauptgericht (von der Tageskarte) sowie Nachspeise waren gut, mangelhaft dagegen die Weinbegleitung, Rocca Rubia Riserva Carignano Del Sulcis DOC, für 12 EUR / 0,2l. Ich muss als Gast keinen Wein akzeptieren, der lauwarm und nicht mit der empfohlenen Trinktemperatur - hier 18 °C - serviert wird. Diese Servierempfehlung ist nicht diskutabel, vergl. andernfalls https://cantinadisantadi.it/responsive-de/prodotto/rocca-rubia/ oder eine beliebige Recherche. Auch das Argument "Zimmertemperatur" ist in dem Zusammenhang nicht akzeptabel! Ein Sommelier kann bei Bedarf gerne hierzu den Begriff "Chambrieren" erläutern. Insgesamt war der Besuch am 21. Juli daher eher eine Enttäuschung, denn das Boccone vermittelt einen anderen Anspruch.
