Das Brot ist so saftig und außen leicht knusprig. Man schmeckt, dass der Teig mit wenig Hefe zubereitet wurde und länger gegangen ist. Das Fleisch wird frisch herunter geschnitten und der Chef wartet bis es knusprig ist. Dadurch ist der Kebap innen schön heiß und wird auch durch das Gemüse und die Soße nicht so schnell kalt wie bei anderen Restaurants. Die Soßen und die Chili Paste sind sehr gut, machen den Döner saftig, haben aber keinen zu starken Eigengeschmack sodass der Döner schön ausgewogen und nach Fleisch schmeckt. Einer der besten Döner die ich in Graz gegessen habe!
