Für mich im Moment das Beste, dass Graz zu bieten hat. Kreativ, jung, hip, regional ... was wünscht man sich mehr von einem Lokal?! Das Niveau der Küche ist überragend, sei es die pikante Harissasauce zum Zucchini, das "Szegediner Gulasch" oder das hausgemachte Sauerteigbrot (oh mein gott ist das geil!) - im Kabuff Bistro wird Gemüse auf das nächste Level gehoben und als alter Fleischtiger muss ich sagen, gut so! Was mich auch sehr gefreut hat, war der Mut zum Würzen. Leider hab ich schon öfters in "dekorierten" Lokalen gegessen und mich gefragt, ob die Küche das Würzen verlernt hat, aber hier hat alles den richtigen Wumms bzw. ist harmonisch am Gaumen. Es war stets eine Balance der Gewürze zu schmecken, wenn man alles auf einmal probiert hat und das zeichnet für mich großartiges Handwerk aus. Mir hat Gemüse noch nie so viel Spaß gemacht, wie an diesem Abend! Freue mich schon sehr darauf, dass Frühstück zu probieren, denn die Croissants sehen Weltklasse aus und man hört, dass es die besten überhaupt seien - ein Update folgt! Bis dahin kann ich zu meinem Abend im Kabuff nur sagen, dass es für mich ein kulinarisches Highlight war, das charmante Service mich gefesselt hat und ich mich bereits auf den nächsten Besuch freue!
