Sehr gemütliches Bistro direkt am atmosphärischen Markt des KJP mit sehr netten Open-Air-Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Service ist top - sehr freundlich & professionell! Die gebotenen Gerichte wechseln regelmäßig (z.B. getrüffelte Brotsuppe, 3erlei gebackene Leber, Kartoffelauflauf, bunter Marktsalat,…) & sind (nach meiner Erfahrung) allesamt empfehlenswert! Und ich mag den Holunder-Saft mit Zitrone! köstlich & erfrischend!

Wir wollten in der Genießerei das 10-gängige Markt-Dinner ausprobieren und hatten auch rechtzeitig reserviert. Umso überraschter waren wir, als man uns bei der Ankunft mitteilte, dass die Reservierung leider nicht gültig war – angeblich, weil keine Kreditkarte hinterlegt wurde. Eine SMS oder E-Mail zur Bestätigung haben wir allerdings nie erhalten. Das war natürlich enttäuschend, denn wir hatten uns sehr auf den Abend gefreut. Aber: Was dann folgte, war absolut herausragend! Statt uns einfach wieder wegzuschicken oder auf einen neuen Termin zu vertrösten, wurde uns direkt ein Aperitif aufs Haus in die Hand gedrückt. Kurz darauf wurden uns köstliche Tapas als Wiedergutmachung serviert – und als wäre das nicht schon genug, wurden wir auch noch auf eine Flasche Wein eingeladen. Der Service war aufmerksam, herzlich und absolut professionell. Besonders beeindruckend: Der Chefkoch kam sogar persönlich, um sich für das Missverständnis zu entschuldigen. So viel Einsatz und Gastfreundschaft erlebt man nur selten! Wir kommen definitiv wieder – nicht nur, um endlich das Markt-Dinner zu genießen, sondern weil uns dieses Erlebnis gezeigt hat, wie großartig Service in der Gastronomie sein kann. Ein großes Kompliment an das gesamte Team!
