Da tempo volevo mangiare uno schnitzel durante la mia vacanza in Austria, ma non volevo mangiare animali. Finalmente grazie a Café Erde ho potuto mangiare un buonissimo schnitzel a base di soia! Servito con insalata con un'ottima vinaigrette e soprattutto con una porzione gigante di patatine fritte cotte perfettamente, maionese vegana e altre salse gustose. Anche il cheeseburger vegan era buonissimo. Nel menù c'era una grande scelta di piatti, era davvero difficile scegliere! Birre artigianali ottime. Abbiamo poi deciso di farci prendere per la gola e abbiamo ordinato anche i dessert... Due torte veg pazzesche, in porzioni generose. Siamo usciti totalmente appagati. Prezzi equi. Posti come questo sono il futuro. 🤩 (E la sensazione di mangiare bene senza prendere parte nello sfruttamento violento di animali... Non ha prezzo.) 💜🍰
