Die Halle selbst ist wirklich top – groß, sauber und nach der Renovierung bzw. dem Neubau echt schön geworden. Leider wurde unser Gesamteindruck durch den Umgang des zuständigen Personals etwas getrübt. Obwohl wir für die komplette Nutzung der Halle bezahlt haben und mit 15 Personen dort waren, wurde uns nicht die volle Beleuchtung eingeschaltet. Auf Nachfrage wurde das schlicht abgelehnt – was ich persönlich ziemlich frech finde. Für den gezahlten Betrag erwarte ich auch vollen Service. Vielleicht sollte man hier in Zukunft kompetenteres und kundenfreundlicheres Personal einsetzen.
