Von der Perspektive des Gartens ansich ist es ein sehr gepflegter Park bei dem sich die Stadt Graz und ihre Gärtner(innen) viel Mühe gibt, wirklich schön. Aus sozialer Sicht jedoch absolut unbesuchbar. Mein Freund und ich sind um 17:45 in den Park hinein (später Nachmittag, aber noch lange Hell) und wurden schon nach zwei Metern angepfiffen um ,etwas' zu kaufen. Die gesamte Länge des Parkes habe ich mich als Frau unwohl und bedroht gefühlt, zu JEDEM Zeitpunkt im Park wurden wir belästigt und angestarrt. Schlimm.

Ich war vorige Woche tagsüber im Volksgarten und bin auf einer Bank gesessen. Es wurden mir zweimal Drogen angeboten! Furchtbar was für Leute sich dort rumtreiben. Ein Ort an dem man sich nicht sicher fühlt und das sogar tagsüber! Schade, dass eine so große Grünfläche in Graz einfach verwahrlost.
