We stopped by Gaubi yesterday for a quick meal and drinks, and it was such a lovely experience! The Gaubi al Forno pizza is hands-down one of the best—crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The fries and olives were also perfect, especially paired with a cold beer. What really stood out, though, was the welcoming atmosphere. The two young ladies working that day were so kind and attentive, greeting everyone with generous smiles—they went out of their way to make the elderly customers feel especially welcome, which was heartwarming to see. Add in the cozy interior and the fantastic Eriksberg location, and you’ve got a restaurant that’s perfect for any occasion. 🍕 🍺 🫒 🍟
