Frågade om jag kunde få ett glas vatten, fick en fråga tillbaka om jag fikade där. Finns vattenkran precis brevid kassan..Jag frågade då om jag kunde köpa en pappersmugg för att fylla på med vatten vid kassan men blev hänvisad till att köpa plastflaska. Dåligt från ett miljöperspektiv och dåligt från ett kundperspektiv. Även om jag ska fika i Arkaden nästa gång så blir det absolut inte där. Mitt i Göteborgs centrum, med många resenärer och besökare så förväntas bättre service!!!
