Snabb servering av välsmakande mat. Något opersonlig service. Plus för gnuggistatueringar till barnen.

The burgers tasted good and the service was more attentive. The restaurant is small but well located. There was a DJ playing music on vinyl, hip-hop and R&B. In short: way better than McDs, a little more than max. More expensive, but cool environment. + The DJ thing is cool! - The truffle sauce on the London meal doesn't taste much truffle.

Short version: Average place with average burgers, cumbersome ordering, high price, cramped venue. Grilled cheese option was great. Details: The venue (only applies to the location Södra Larmgatan) is really cramped. You feel like you are sitting right next to other people in other companies. Went there with my wife and I could overhear everyone basically. The metal chairs are really uncomfortable and the tables don't leave much legroom. There is a sofa (!?) you can sit in but I reckon that is super uncomfortable and weird placing. The ordering process is a nightmare; when you first enter there is a big sign that says that you order and pay digitally; it sounds like there is no other option so we ordered that way (but you can actually order at the till, but for some reason they want to make it sound like you can't). You scan a QR code which brings you to a webpage where you place your order. The ordering system is bulky, focuses on pictures but not on information about the food (e.g. what is in the burger etc. Hint, there is a small icon hidden away in the top right in the menu OR just get the pamphlet at the door which kind of defeats the whole digital thing; it's weird), the "Animal Style Fries" (or something like that) was a complete mystery, I asked at the pickup counter what was in it and he sounded really unsure but forgot to tell me that it is very spicy, especially for someone that is not used to it. The app really really tried to sell you more stuff (even worse that McDonald's self service). When paying for the food i have to enter my name and phone number before I the have to enter my card details (swish option exists). I didn't ask (nor did they give information) about how that personal information is going to be handled. Waiting time was reasonable, When picking up my order it wasn't completely ready and there was some confusion which order that was mine, but ok no biggie. The food was average, a bit disappointing. Special mention to the grilled cheese option however, that was really nice and was a welcome surprise. The Los Angeles (which i tried) was just "ok". The more costly option at McDonald's or Max are pretty on-par. Unfortunately it doesn't justify that price.
