El Sinofos de Girona és un d’aquells llocs on la cuina et sorprèn de veritat: plats ben pensats, sabor autèntic i una execució que deixa clar que darrere dels fogons hi ha ofici i passió. Tant la carta com el menú respiren equilibri i creativitat, i és un d’aquells restaurants on surts amb la sensació que el menjar ha valgut la pena de debò. Ara bé, no tot són flors i violes. Quan obres la carta de vins, l’experiència es torça: els marges aplicats són, si més no, molt elevats . Una ampolla que al mercat pots trobar fàcilment a 16 € aquí es dispara fins als 44 €, cosa que trenca una mica l’harmonia d’una proposta gastronòmica que, en canvi, és honesta a la cuina. En definitiva, el Sinofos de Girona és una aposta segura per menjar bé i gaudir d’una cuina de nivell, però potser seria desitjable que la política de vins fos més raonable i anés en consonància amb la qualitat i l’elegància de la seva cuina.

Heerlijk eten, hele gezellige ongedwongen sfeer. Relaxte, eerlijke bediening, die amicaal is zonder dat het popijopie wordt. Dikke plus voor mij is dat ze de hele avond lekkere oude hiphop draaiden, in welke wat sjiekere eettent doen ze dat nou? Ik vond deze combo tussen wat meer haute cuisine en het fijne personeel helemaal top!

Vam poder seure a la barra. Just al costat de la cuina. El local és petit, sense gaire llum natural però quedes totalment bocabadat amb els cuiners i el seu ritme vertiginós! És com estar en una funció de teatre. Vam poder fer el menú degustació. Ben preparat, ben presentat, bon producte, molt bo en definitiva. El servei molt correcte, no obstant vam tenir 3 cambrers diferents, durant l’àpat, perquè van anar plegant. Totalment recomanable.
