Nous avons pris le menu dégustation avec accord mets-vins, une harmonie qui a sublimé chaque plat. La cuisine, maîtrisée, met à l’honneur des produits locaux d’une grande qualité. Le service et le cadre sont tout simplement irréprochables. Mention spéciale au sommelier, qui nous a offert un voyage extraordinaire à travers les nombreux vins d’Espagne : des îles Canaries à la Galice, jusqu’à la pointe sud du pays. Pour chaque vin, il nous a présenté avec passion le terroir, le climat et bien plus encore, rendant la dégustation encore plus immersive et riche. Une véritable découverte pour moi. L’équipe, très attentive et chaleureuse a su que c’était mon anniversaire et m’a offert un petit gâteau. j’ai adoré cette délicate attention. Plus de trois heures de repas passées sans voir le temps filer, portées par une équipe humaine et attentionnée. Une soirée incroyable que je n’oublierai pas.

Vanaf binnenkomst tot afsluiter in een woord fantastisch. Al heel vaak in sterrenrestaurants gegeten zowel in thuisland als in buitenland maar dit hoort nu toch bij één van mijn absolute favorieten. Aan ieder detail werd gedacht, de service uitstekend en het eten was uitmuntend. Vanaf de eerste amuse wist je meteen dit wordt culinair genieten. Ieder gerecht was volledig uitgedacht en met een beleving aan tafel gebracht. Ik zou er meteen een weekendje Girona voor over hebben om hier nog een keertje te mogen komen genieten.

Excelencia en gastronomía con un menú de 16 platos muy equilibrados y exquisitos. El cochinillo con angula, los caracoles con cebolla de Figueras o las gambas dr Palamós con salsa de piñones están insuperables. Solo mejorable el tiempo de espera hasta que nos sirviesen una cerveza, pero trato muy atento y agradable.
