B R U T A L!! La verdad es que una de esas experiencias que vale la pena explicar... Ya desde la entrada todo suma..la luz perfecta..la música perfecta, la distribución,los espacios todo genial... Personal muy atento y profesional, siempre pendiente de los detalles de cambiarte platos o de preguntarte si necesitas algo,cosas que hoy en día se agradecen mucho. La metre nos ofreció un vino fantástico y el camarero fue explicándonos plato a plato todas nuestras peticiones. Ubicación privilegiada en la barra viendo cómo esa maravillosa orquesta de músicos funciona al unísono,en armonía,todo un concierto de buen hacer y trabajo excelente, y vaya platos!!! Desde la croqueta ( que esta para ponerle un piso) ,hasta el flan exquisito,pasando por el carpaccio de pato,la tarrina de cochinillo perfectamente ejecutada,el tartar de atún majestuoso el filete de raya en su punto perfecto con una salsa espectacular sumamente cuidada. Todo,la verdad,una experiencia de 11 sobre 10, vine para celebrar mi cumpleaños y volveré sin dudas. Os felicito por todo!!
