El restaurant Normal, es un restaurante de una normalidad excepcional. La comida es una delicia para todos los sentidos, y el servicio es muy profesional y atento. Y lo mejor de todo es que no te sientes en ningún momento fuera de lugar, o presionado para empezar o para acabar la comida, sino todo lo contrario, te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en tu casa, pero acompañado de un pedazo de equipo de restauración detrás, para que no puedas perderte la oportunidad de degustar algunos de sus platos, vinos o postres con todo lujo de detalles. La carta de vinos es de las más completas que he visto nunca, con más de 480 referencias, y ya solo mirando los vinos DO Empordà me di cuenta de la envergadura de la carta. Por suerte hay de todos los precios, por lo que puedes beber un buen vino al coste que desees. Los platos a mí me encantaron todos, pero si tuviera que quedarme con uno, el cap i pota de vedella amb patates palla me enamoró. Aunque la cua de vedella amb moll de l'os o el ànec d 'aglà también estaban deliciosos. Solo me queda dar las gracias a todo el equipo que nos atendió esa noche, por la maravillosa velada que pasamos en el restaurant Normal del celler Can Roca.
