The dinner menu is the best fine dining experience I've ever had. We had the 8 course menu and every course gave me goosebumps with the different kind of taste the chef is able to achieve. Staff was really friendly and gave a nice explanation with every course. You need reservations in advance, otherwise you won't be able to get in.

Dit was echt een droom! Het eten was echt geweldig lekker. Genoeg wachttijd tussen elke gang, fantastische smaken, super vriendelijk personnel en de locatie is ook top: super rustig, mooi ingericht en in het wintercircus in hartje Gent. Ik zou zo terug gaan!

Veruit het beste Japanse restaurant van het Gentse. Unieke locatie binnenin het Wintercircus. De staff neemt je mee door een onvergetelijke ervaring. Niet twijfelen en de sake pairing erbij nemen. Voor de wijnliefhebbers is er een beperkte wijnkaart, met voornamelijk witte wijnen, maar daartussen staan een paar pareltjes, zoals de Sur la butte de Chaume van Château de Plaisance en Kaferberg van Fred Loimer. Just try them out. Wij gingen voor de omakase dinner, elk gerechtje krijgt de nodige uitleg. Eten kan aan de bar of aan tafeltjes met zicht op het binnenplein. Reserveren is wel aan te raden.
