Eten was uitstekend, goede burger, krakend spek, degelijke friet, in huis gemaakte mayo (?). Maar de bediening heeft nog veel te leren : we hadden nog maar net aan de aperitief genipt of daar kwamen al twee bieren en de burgers. Een Martini Fiero smaakt echt niet zo bij een burger. Beteuterd gezicht als geen hapjes besteld werden, etc... Misschien toch eens een beetje opleiding volgen voordat men in de zaal rondloopt. Het zal het drinkgeld ten goede komen.
