Sono stato a cena ieri con la mia compagna in questo locale, non essendo del posto ci siamo lasciati consigliare dalle varie “classifiche” online e devo dire che erano giuste. Un ambiente con un design molto particolare e che cattura subito l’attenzione, non come gli altri sushi pieni di vetrate e senza senso. Il servizio è stato ottimo, camerieri felici di servire e sempre sorridenti. Per il cibo mi dilungo un po’, abbiamo ordinato prima degli antipasti special (massimo 3 a persona) tutti estremamente buoni (consiglio il cannolo), dopodomani che siamo passati ai piatti principali che non hanno deluso, ed infine per “sfizio” ho assaggiato l’anatra, che ordino spesso ma non mi viene mai servita (davvero molto buona). Come piatti oltre al cannolo vi consiglio i tacos e gli uramaki spicy tuna. Anche se non ho provato direttamente la tempura, i gamberi presenti negli uramaki erano molto buoni, infine da apprezzare i gamberi rossi serviti crudi.
