Gelato da 5 stelle, accoglienza da 1. Frequento e consiglio questa gelateria da anni per la qualità dei gusti e dei coni, che reputo davvero ottimi. Tuttavia, durante la mia ultima visita, l’esperienza è stata rovinata da un atteggiamento inaspettatamente sgarbato da parte di quello che presumo essere il proprietario. Alla mia richiesta, educata e molto semplice, di un piccolo assaggio di un gusto nuovo, la risposta è stata negativa — cosa legittima — ma accompagnata da un tono contrariato e da una motivazione poco elegante: “Se lo facessi per 600 persone…” Alla fine con espressione contrariata mi ha dato l’assaggio nell’imbarazzo mio e della collega (guida turistica che le avrebbe avvicinato visitatori). Capisco le politiche aziendali, ma il modo in cui vengono comunicate fa la differenza. In gelaterie anche più rinomate (penso a quelle premiate a Varazze, ad esempio), sono spesso i gestori stessi a proporre l’assaggio proprio per aiutare nella scelta. Un gesto che denota attenzione verso il cliente. Peccato davvero. Un ottimo prodotto non basta se manca il rispetto per chi entra.

Vendeuse adorable (elle parle français !). Petit glacier artisanal qui ne paie pas de mine mais à découvrir absolument. On peut goûter les parfums avant de choisir : mention spéciale pour le cheesecake caramel, l’association citron-violette et la glace au vin, vraiment originale !
