⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un angolo di Ecuador che conquista il cuore e il palato! Questo ristorante ecuadoriano è stata una scoperta meravigliosa. Atmosfera calda, colorata e autentica, con musica tradizionale di sottofondo che ti fa subito sentire immerso nella cultura del paese. Il personale è gentilissimo e appassionato, sempre pronto a spiegare i piatti e a consigliare le specialità della casa. La cucina è semplicemente spettacolare: sapori genuini, porzioni abbondanti e ingredienti freschissimi. Ho adorato il ceviche de camarón, perfettamente bilanciato, e il seco de chivo, tenerissimo e ricco di gusto. Ottimo anche il juguito fresco e i dolci tipici come il queso con dulce de guayaba. Un’esperienza autentica e indimenticabile. Tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare tutto il menù. Bravissimi!
